* With the help of our mindful tea guide, release stress and negative energy by creating enjoyable, therapeutic tea blends to nourish and soothe your nervous system and encourage it to relax.

CONTENTS:

CHAMOMILE HERBS (Chamomilla Recutita)
It has a soothing, cooling, smooth floral flavour, adding notes of a slight honey-like sweetness and apple to your blend. It is known for its calming effect on the nervous system. Drank on its own, it creates a beautiful mellow, relaxing cup of tea.

LAVENDER HERBS (Lavandula Angustifolia)
We use the aerial parts of the plant for its light, fresh-tasting, floral, perfumed notes. It is known for its calming and relaxing effect on the nervous system especially when combined with the other calming herbs in your pod. Lavender's soothing and calming properties have been utilised for many years in cases of insomnia, anxiety, stress and tension.

DAMASK ROSE HERBS (Rosa x Damascena)
Aromatic rose makes a light, elegant, refreshing floral and aromatic drink. Its earthy notes with a touch of spice, sweetness, and bitterness will add a romantic and exotic touch to your blend. Its vibrant colours will bring a wonderful visual lift to your heart and soul.

SET AN INTENTION
